MindMonks is an online mental health clinic led by a psychiatrist and a clinical psychologist. The premise is straightforward but unusual in practice: every appointment is long enough to hear the patient’s full story before anyone reaches for a prescription pad.

The site has to do two things at once. It has to reassure someone who may be seeking help for the first time — making the clinic feel safe, private and judgment-free. And it has to explain clearly what each service costs, how it works and what to expect. Those two goals often pull a design in opposite directions; a pricing page that feels clinical undercuts the warmth that mental health care depends on.

The four-tier service structure — Expert Opinion text reply at ₹99, Psychiatrist Consultation at ₹1,500, Therapy at ₹2,500, and a four-session Therapy Package at ₹8,000 — is laid out in a pricing section designed to feel approachable rather than transactional. A self-assessment flow routes visitors to the right questionnaire based on what they are currently experiencing, reducing the gap between landing and booking an appointment.

The site had reached 10,000+ patients treated and 1,700+ hours of therapy delivered at time of build.
