We design and build websites, online stores, web applications and mobile apps, and we handle the design, SEO, content and marketing around them. Most projects are a combination — a store plus the SEO work to make it findable, for instance.

It depends entirely on what is being built, so we do not publish prices. Tell us what you need and we will scope it and quote for that specific piece of work. We would rather give you an accurate number than a low one we have to revise.

We give a timeline once the work is scoped, not before. A brochure site and a custom application are different kinds of project, and an honest estimate needs to know which one you are asking for.

Yes. We are based in West Bengal and have delivered work for clients in India and abroad, including in Europe.

Yes. We build on WordPress with the standard block editor, so text, images and pages can be changed without a developer. We show you how at handover.

You own the code and the content. We stay reachable by email, phone and WhatsApp, and we can take on ongoing maintenance if you want it.

No. Content is edited in the WordPress block editor, which works like a document editor. We show you how at handover and leave written notes.

No. The theme is standard WordPress with documented code. Any competent WordPress developer can pick it up.

Yes. If you have a logo, colours and fonts we design around them. If you do not, we can put a simple identity together as part of the project.

Yes. We hand over design files and specifications your own developers can work from.

Yes. Contrast, focus states, target sizes and keyboard order are decided during design, because retrofitting them later is far more expensive.

We do not quote a full build from a one-line brief. We scope it first, in writing, so both sides know what is being built before anyone commits.

If your existing systems have an API, usually yes. We check what is available before promising an integration.

You do.

Usually yes. Products, categories, customers and orders can normally be migrated. We check what your current platform exports before committing.

Whatever your payment provider supports and you have an account for. We integrate the gateway; the merchant account is yours.

Yes. Variant-heavy catalogues — sizes, metals, finishes, made-to-order options — are a large part of the retail work we do.

Often a mobile website is the better answer, and we will say so. An app earns its cost when it is used repeatedly or needs device features a browser cannot reach.

We prepare the listing and support submission. The developer account should be in your company name so you own the app.

No, and nobody honestly can. Rankings depend on competitors and on search engines we do not control. We can guarantee the work, report what changed, and show what it did.

Technical fixes are usually picked up within weeks. Content and authority work take longer. We will not put a number on it in advance.

It can, when URLs change without redirects. We map old URLs to new ones before launch and check the result afterwards.

No. Ad spend is paid directly to the platform by you, so you keep control of it and can see it.

None in advance. We set up tracking before spending anything, so you can see what happens and stop if it is not working.

No. We only collect from sources you own, sources that have given you permission, and genuinely public data whose terms allow it. We check the terms of service and robots.txt before starting, and we will say no when the answer is no.

Almost always. Where a source offers an API we use it — it is more reliable and it is explicitly permitted.

Extraction breaks when a page layout changes. Ongoing collection should include monitoring and repair, and we price that as part of the work rather than as a surprise.

Either. Some clients want the whole thing run; others want the plan and the graphics and prefer to write in their own voice.

The ones your customers use. For most of our clients that is fewer than they expect.

That is the intention. We ask how you talk to customers, and write to that rather than to a house style.

We research what people search for and write pages that answer it. We do not stuff keywords into sentences — it reads badly and no longer works.
