This Privacy Policy describes how Stackmonks (OPC) Private Limited (“Stackmonks”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, and protects the personal information of visitors to stackmonks.com. By using this website, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form, we receive the name, email address, and any phone number, company name, service category, budget range, preferred contact method, and project description you choose to provide. We use this only to respond to your enquiry and to carry out any work that results from it.
A copy of each enquiry is stored inside this website’s WordPress installation, and a copy is sent to our email address.
To reduce automated abuse of the contact form, the website temporarily stores a one-way hashed value derived from your IP address. It cannot be reversed into your IP address, is not used to identify you, and is deleted automatically after ten minutes.
Cookies
This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies. WordPress may set a session cookie if you log in to the administration area, which applies only to our own staff.
Analytics
This website does not currently use any analytics tool that collects personal data or sets cookies. If we enable analytics in the future, this section will be updated to name the provider and describe what it collects.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for marketing purposes. Enquiry emails pass through our email hosting provider in the ordinary course of delivery. We do not share personal data with any third party except as required by law.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry data for as long as it is commercially relevant, and delete it promptly on request.
Your rights
