UI/UX Design
UI and UX design for websites, stores and applications — structure, screens and interaction design worked out before anything is built.
Design work is cheapest before anything is built and most expensive afterwards. Deciding how something should work while it is still a drawing avoids rebuilding it as code.
We design structure first — what goes where and why — then screens, then the details of how each state behaves. Mobile layouts are composed deliberately, not shrunk from the desktop version.
Problems this solves
If more than one of these sounds familiar, this is probably the right page.
- Visitors cannot find the thing they came for
- The product is powerful but nobody can work out how to use it
- Every page looks different because there was never a system
- The design was made for desktop and squeezed onto phones afterwards
- Users abandon a form or a checkout halfway through
Scope
What you get
- Structure and navigation worked out before visual design starts
- Key screens designed for phone and desktop as separate compositions
- A component set — buttons, forms, cards, navigation — so later pages stay consistent
- Colour and type choices checked for contrast and readability
- Interaction and state design: hover, focus, loading, empty, error
- Design files handed over, and specifications developers can build from
Outcome
What changes
- People can use the product without being taught
- The design holds together as pages get added
- Accessibility is designed in rather than retrofitted
- Developers build from something decided, not from guesswork
Process
How we deliver it
-
01
Discuss
We work out what you need and whether this is the right service for it.

Scope and quote
We write down what will be delivered, and quote for that.
-
03
Build and review
You see the work in progress, not only at the end.
-
04
Hand over and support
You get the finished work, the files, and someone to ask.
FAQ
Questions we get asked
Can you design without building it?
Yes. We hand over design files and specifications your own developers can work from.
Do you do accessibility as part of design?
Yes. Contrast, focus states, target sizes and keyboard order are decided during design, because retrofitting them later is far more expensive.
